Movement/footsies is a vital component of neutral, all characters can benefit a very safe, poking tool. The are you ok punch doesn't deal that much damage, but it's only the lead up to buster wolf which you see a couple times in the video. A longsword used by the wolf knight. Buster wolf deals much more damage.
